The Printer's Front Panel Displays Replace media tray or upper media tray

Solution (try these steps in order)
1. Phaser 840/850 Printers: Verify the media tray is in all the way and the tray plug has not come out
2. Phaser 840/850 Printers: Temporary work around for a missing or broken tray plug
3. Phaser 840/850 Printers: Checking the media switches
4. Phaser 840/850 Printers: Service will be required; locating an authorized service provider or Xerox service technician
